Description: This mailing list is an open communication forum to support collaboration between the Software Engineering Research and Research Software Engineering communities.

It has its roots in the Dagstuhl Seminar 24161 (https://dagstuhl.de/24161) "Research Software Engineering: Bridging Knowledge Gaps", where members of both communities came together to identify and bridge knowledge gaps that exist between the communities, and to foster closer collaboration for mutual benefit.
